Since joining Worldpay in 2010, I have advanced through the ranks quickly – being promoted at least once a year. Now, as a Business Intelligence Manager, it’s up to me to help business users get to grips with their business processes and make sure they’re running things as efficiently as they can be. It’s a demanding role, and with three children at home – one just two years old – my personal life is equally as demanding. But that’s where Worldpay are different. I have been fully supported in my need to put my children first.
They have offered me alternative work schedules and plenty of reassurance that I’m valued as a member of staff. It’s great to work for a company that reminds me that I am appreciated, encourages me to be better and provides me with the opportunities to do so.
