I look after a team of 15 Customer Service Operators who are the first point of contact for our customers and their queries. I manage their daily performance against our targets and report directly into the Head of Customer Services. I’m also often the tea lady when it gets busy on the phones!
A lot has changed since I started at Worldpay. I was able to buy a house with my partner, Chris, in June, 2012, and we got our chocolate Labrador, Josie, as a puppy in the same year. In November, 2013, Chris and I got engaged and we’re getting married in September – I can’t wait!
