Legal and Compliance

Our Legal teams are responsible for providing legal support and guidance across the business. They’re the first point of contact for anyone with a legal issue so it’s essential that they have a broad knowledge of the business to ensure the dispute is quickly resolved. The team is responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements and will guarantee transactions and initiatives are implemented in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Our compliance teams form a vital part of our legal function.  The team has global responsibility for all aspects of regulatory compliance in Worldpay. They provide valuable oversight and management of our operations from a compliance perspective to ensure that we meet our regulatory obligations.
