You may or may not know, but billions of money transactions a year are made using our payments processes, whether via a card machine or online. Our systems enable our customers, whether large or small, to process their customer's payments, so they can grow their business. This could be your local supermarket where you do your weekly shop or favourite airline when you book tickets to New York.

The ideal candidate will have B2B marketing experience, in payments or another related industry; experience in small business lending products would also be preferable.

An end to end understanding of Marketing is essential, with the ideal candidate being able to demonstrate how they have applied their marketing skills across both marketing strategy, proposition development and communications delivery in previous roles.

We are also after candidates that live the worldpay values and that can deliver in a fast paced environment in a quickly changing industry.

This role will be responsible for the future development of and oversight of the delivery of existing initiatives for worldpay business finance , cross sales and customer experience initiatives at worldpay

  • Worldpay has the objective to deepen its relationships with its customers. This position plays an important part in ensuring that worldpay can meet this ambition
  • We have challenging targets to achieve in the growth of one of worldpay's innovative new cash advance products worldpay business finance. Businesses find it hard to gain access to the funding that they need to grow. Business finance can help all types of business access the funding they require from their card transactions.
  • This role will take full ownership for the marketing activity for our worldpay business finance product helping to drive the growth of this product for worldpay and competing with the likes of square and paypal in this area.
  • We are selling a significant number of additional products and services to our existing customers each year. This role sits within the wider Existing customer marketing team and will be required to support on a range of other cross selling campaigns and customer experience related initiatives. Using their experience to optimise initiatives already underway

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for delivery of the business finance product as well as other key customer marketing campaign activities
  • Analysis of the campaign performance for worldpay performance and identification of areas of improvement
  • Development of propositions to help improve response and open up new target marketing
  • Develop Customer Segmentation of the customer base to ensure that we deliver the best possible ROI
  • Representing worldpay at key forums with our business finance partner
  • Building of and delivery of the story about campaign performance with senior management and staff across worldpay UK
  • Managing key stakeholders to ensure we maintain a good pace of delivery across all initiatives
  • Working to ensure that we have the right capabilities in place to deliver against the strategy from both a technical and people perspective


  • Marketing experience developing marketing strategy, communications and customer propositions
  • Experience delivering marketing activities in a complex organisation
