The Knowledge Management Process team’s prime objective is to support Worldpay’s strategic mission to deliver best-in-class service through agile, reliable, and sustainable processes. The team defines and governs processes to ensure standardised methods and procedures are adopted in support of efficient and prompt handling of all cases in order to minimize adverse impact on business operations.  The team’s function has the ability to mitigate the risk of unplanned costs and labour for both business and IT support staff.

 

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

You’ll ensure the Knowledge Management process built on the Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) methodology is adopted. Ensure governance and standards put in place to ensure articles are easy to consume, find and meet the appropriate quality required. Execute reactive and proactive knowledge management processes globally/worldwide. Assisting in the development of trends and analysis of Knowledge Management data, to help develop insights into Knowledge Management process performance and measurements of both the process itself and the stability of Worldpay systems/applications. Develop, update, maintain, and produce content for knowledge bases, FAQs, and web tools. Assess knowledge article quality and create and apply data standards.

 

What will make you the ideal candidate?

You’ll have experience administering the Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) methodology within the ITSM space. Experience of Knowledge Management experience and process management background and experience of Service Transition. Experience managing a Knowledge workflow and ensuring quick availability of content to the target audience.

Ideally you’ll have KCS Fundamentals Certification and be ITIL v3 Foundation certified.
