How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

You’ll be promoting and reinforcing adherence to the Incident Management process, and help ensure that incidents are accurately and sufficiently recorded and documented. You’ll develop and produce reporting of trending and analysis of Incident Management data, to help develop insights into incident management process performance. You’ll support the Incident Process Manager in defining strategy and long-term plans for improving and assuring quality in the incident management process. A key part of this role will be to interface with key stakeholders across the enterprise to assist with incident backlog management, process compliance, and training as needed

 

What will make you the ideal candidate?

We are looking for someone who has incident management experience. Experience of operating in a fast-paced business environment with an emphasis on positive change and adaptive working practices. ITIL Foundations certification. Excellent written, verbal communication skills, time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work within a demanding, fast-paced environment.
