Senior Sourcing Manager - Oracle

Sitting within our Global Procurement team, this role will give you the opportunity to manage suppliers, stakeholders and projects in the US, UK and other locations. You will work as part of a team to develop the function as the centre of excellence for engagement and ongoing management of 3rd party suppliers to Worldpay.
What will I be doing on a daily basis?
The focus of the role is software and licensing, and the management of Worldpay’s key supplier relationship with Oracle. You will provide insight and guidance regarding sourcing solutions that underpin current and target operating models, working with senior business stakeholders to identify and engage world-class suppliers to support our technology-led business in meeting its strategic goals.
You will lead negotiation of new contracts, defining commercial and contractual terms that protect Worldpay and its brand and deliver real value to our business over the long term.
What will make me right for the role?
You will have experience working with/for Oracle – either on the ‘buy’ or ‘sell’ side – and familiarity with the Oracle product set. You'll have significant hands-on experience of sourcing software ideally within a technology-led business, understanding the sourcing implications of supporting a global business.
A background across the full sourcing lifecycle, including negotiation, due diligence, purchasing contract management and ongoing supplier relationship management is preferred for this role.
