Why our Billings is team the next step for you?
Global Operations is a newly formed division responsible for supporting our international customers. The Billings team produce 50,000 monthly invoices with a value of around £70m. This team services customers from all markets including Airlines, Travel, Retail, and Gambling. In this role you will take responsibility for generating, validating and issuing low volume / high value invoices requiring an element of manual bespoke creation.
How will you add value?
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timing production of both automated and bespoke billing runs this is a crucial role in our Revenue Management team. We will look to you to manage your own set of customers requiring manual and bespoke billing, which could involve either credits or refunds. Communicating with colleagues, Customer Relationship Managers and even the end clients, you’ll provide support, guidance and query resolution in relation to billing requirements.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
You will have previous experience of invoice generation (or similar) and strong Excel skills. We are looking for analytically minded individuals with the ability to work under pressure to tight time-scales, whilst maintaining quality of work. An understanding of the billings to cash cycle and knowledge of BACS and direct debit requirements will be desirable. We are a fast moving business, being highly motivated and deadline driven are a must in order to be successful in the role as are keen analytical skills and attention to detail.
