This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in a complex global organisation. This is a new team and in additional to leading the team, your key objective will be to develop and ultimately own a framework and the associated processes and forums, to enable the effective delivery of change across UK Operations.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

You’ll oversee the UK Operations runway, providing a single view of change landing over a 6-12 month timeframe and agree appropriate slots for landing the different change activity

You’ll develop and own readiness criteria for all change landing in UK Operations e.g. Training, Sequencing, Capacity, MI etc

You will be responsible for effective implementation of change with a focus on key activities, processes and documentation e.g. Training, knowledge and role profiles

In order to achieve these goals you will work closely with Operations leaders in order to ensure appropriate capacity available to receive change, and to optimise effectiveness, ensuring appropriate sequencing of change to maximise return on change investment

This work will transform how we interact with customers, improving customer experience and engagement

What will make you the ideal candidate?

We’re looking for significant experience of delivering complex large scale change through an in depth knowledge of change frameworks and operational processes. In-depth understanding of Worldpay’s propositions as well as the broader payments industry would be a real advantage.

You’ll have a proven track record of working across multiple channels to deliver within a service environment. You’ll be comfortable dealing with senior execs and other senior stakeholders. You’ll
