How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

This role acts as a “quarterback” to the HR Director for eCommerce, WPUK and Strategy & Marketing, based out of our London office.

You will be the initial point of contact for information flow to and from the Exec and you are responsible for diary management and planning which involves working with internal / external senior executive personal assistants, in the US & abroad.

You will organise pre- and post-meeting activity, i.e. preparation of papers / presentations / packs / agenda, and the personal follow up of actions ensuring the Exec and international team members are prepared for all meetings and that actions are completed, and organise travel arrangements including co-ordinating with the overseas offices with regards to flights, transfers, meetings, etc.

Other tasks you’ll be involved with could be: coordinating recruitment activity, monitoring and recording of training, annual leave etc, and managing and undertaking specific projects and assignments, liaising with other areas of the business and external suppliers where appropriate.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

You are an excellent communicator with good influencing skills. You will have come from an administrative background and you are able to work confidently and effectively with staff at all levels including senior management. This role is fast-paced and demanding, requiring diligent attention to detail, impeccable time management skills, a high level of confidentiality and pro-activeness, a flexible and committed work ethic and a great sense of humour.  There is also an element of rolling up their sleeves up to get things done and delivered, looking ahead and managing the departments appropriately.
