How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

Every day at Worldpay is different so we are looking for someone who loves a challenge and can hit the ground running! You will work with Large and Small Corporate Sales/Account Directors to understand the full end to end customer sales journey. You will be designing, delivering and documenting process improvements for customer service improvements. To round it off, we are looking for a creative out of the box thinker who can improve current process and recommend and deliver ‘better ways of working’  to drive Salesforce adoption within the WPUK Team.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

This position requires a self-motivated individual. You will have an in-depth understanding of Business Change and Project Management and a proven track record of service improvement and the experience to have ownership over projects.

You will be quick on your feet and able to adapt and make decisions, often with limited information and communicating this to other teams. You will be a proactive and trusted advisor, leading projects to deliver simple, consistent and efficient processes.
