Our team is responsible for delivering deliver consistent, actionable and meaningful reporting & insight to enhance the running of the business & inform data-driven decisions in Global Operations. We work closely with our colleagues in Operations to understand their business and help them drive performance and meet our customers’ needs.

Our remit continues to grow as the business expands - we are now one of the first Global teams in the new Worldpay since our recent merger, supporting our UK and US businesses; this position represents an excellent opportunity to make a significant contribution to this growth.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

As a senior analyst, you will take end-to-end ownership on reporting & insight deliverables, collaborating with stakeholders throughout. You will work collaboratively to ensure their requirements and challenges are understood, managing expectations & timelines for deliverables. You will deliver actionable insight, working with stakeholders to ensure recommendations are actionable and practical - identifying the key business questions and hypotheses to test via analysis. You will rely on a variety of data sources to deliver meaningful reports, to drive & improve operational performance.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

You will have extensive hands-on experience using SQL programming & Excel to analyse business problems and provide meaningful reports to drive business performance. Access & VBA are a plus. You will be strong at delivering analysis, reporting and actionable insight to senior stakeholders and other non-technical audiences – you will be a strong communicator and be able to present & synthesise complex data into meaningful reports and presentations. You’ll be resilient, driven and commercially-minded with the ability to work under pressure, time manage and effectively prioritise when presented with a changing workload.
