We work closely with our colleagues in Operations to understand their business and help them drive performance and meet our customers’ needs.

Our remit continues to grow as the business expands - we are now one of the first Global teams in the new Worldpay since our recent merger, supporting our UK and US businesses; this position represents an excellent opportunity to make a significant contribution to this growth.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

As a Lead Analyst, you will be the point of contact managing key stakeholder relationships in the Manchester Business Support Centre; ensuring their requirements and challenges are understood, managing expectations & timelines for your own and the team’s deliverables. You will deliver actionable insight, working with the business to ensure recommendations are actionable and practical, working collaboratively to identify the key business questions and hypotheses to test via analysis. You will also be a key part of our team and business culture. You will lead a team of analysts, provide coaching and support them with their development.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

You will have strong data analysis experience and be familiar with building meaningful reports, analysing and interpreting data. You will have the ability to work with varying data sources and will be well-versed in SQL programming & Excel. You’ll be resilient, driven and commercially-minded with experience in delivering impactful analysis to stakeholders of all levels, and have strong communication & presentation skills. You will be able to work under pressure, able to manage time and prioritise yours and your team’s time when presented with a changing workload. You will have previously held a role requiring the coaching & mentoring of analysts.
