Following the merger we are now integrating various technology performs. Our new Integration Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting day-to-day technical project needs in support of VP Integration Management and other members of the eCom Integration Project Teams. You will oversee one or more smaller or intermediate sized projects and assist with development of project schedules and resource requirement.

 

How will you add value on a day-today basis?

Based in our London office you will work closely with the VP Integration Management in Atlanta. You will be responsible for the co-ordination of the regular project and programme level reporting cycles such as governance reports, project dashboards, baselines, resource reports and timesheet reports. You will gather and consolidate relevant data inputs in order to provide dashboard reporting. And you will communicate progress updates from individual projects into a single consolidated project plan and liaise with C-Level Executives and Senior Management to review.

 

You will ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. We would like you to assist PMs in providing accurate, consistent and timely information and develop and refine reports.

 

You will organise and participate in stakeholder meetings as well as prepare presentation materials and document and follow up on important actions. Determining project changes will also be part of your tasks and you will assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

 

What will make you the ideal candidate?

You are at the start of your project coordination/ management career and have a good technical understanding. You have strong experience in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. You enjoy working towards tight timelines and are great at working under pressure. You like working both independently and within team environments. Your confidence and communication skills enable you to interact with multiple stakeholders at various hierarchical levels and manage strong personalities.

Please note this is a 12 months fixed term contract.
