How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

You’ll be responsible for responding to inbound customer queries regarding products, services, order status and other general questions. This also includes taking initial customer calls and answering general queries regarding company products and services. You’ll escalate enquires, where necessary, to product support, billing, sales or return/repair based on the complexity and nature of the customer’s issue. Other responsibilities include data entry, logging calls, updating customer account records and using internal databases to answer customer questions. You’ll document customer concerns, and forward complaint trends to the appropriate departments.

 

What will make you the ideal candidate?

Your communication and relationship building skills will be excellent, as will your ability to empathise with customer issues. We’ll need you to be able to work well under pressure, as you’ll be working to exceed KPI’s whilst working a range of systems. You’ll have a positive, reliable attitude and you’ll be able to demonstrate good problem solving skills. You’ll be flexible in regards to working hours, as you’ll be working between 1pm and 10pm 35 hours per week. We will accept full time and part time applications.
