Based at our Gateshead site, our Customer Service Advisors play a vital role in supporting our customers to use our services 24/7. Our customers expect world class service and you’ll be part of a team who are continuously striving to achieve this. You will primarily be responsible for answering queries and solving any issues customers may face during their time with us.

How will you add value on day-to-day basis?
You will be responsible for answering inbound customer queries with a ‘right first time’ approach. Working to surpass contact centre KPIs, you will take ownership of the customer call and aim to resolve any customer issues in a swift and timely fashion.
What will make you an ideal candidate?
Your communication and relationship building skills will be excellent, as will your ability to empathise with customer issues whilst seeking appropriate solutions. You will have a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to demonstrate good problem solving skills. In addition, you will be confident working with speed and accuracy when using a range of contact centre systems. You are flexible in regards to working hours as you’ll will be working on rotational basis: 7.00am- 9.00pm 35hrs a week
