Our Gateway Support is the behind the scenes team looking after our corporate customers with their day-to-day account configuration requirements, working closely with the technical team to ensure all of the customer’s requirements are met. How will you add value on a day-today basis?

You will provide an exceptional standard of configuration support to our corporate customers who are integrating their eCommerce systems to Worldpay gateway technologies. Working closely with the customer, sales team and implementation engineers, you will configure the customer’s account to their requirements. You will quickly become a subject matter expert on setting up and configuring the gateway and be the go to person for customers requiring changes.  

You will also provide day-to-day support to our corporate customers and Worldpay colleagues relating to Worldpay Gateways supported by Worldpay UK. You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support to our customers including handling complex incidents. 

What will make you the ideal candidate?

You will have excellent telephone and email communication skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced business environment. Ideally you will have come from a customer service background with experience of working with corporate customers in a technical environment.
