Product & Proposition Manager - 12 month FTC

Why is our Product & Proposition Manager the next step for you?

You’ll be joining a team of people who love to debate the best way to get things done. This could be anything from the best way to take a product to market to which restaurant we should go to for lunch. We’re a chatty bunch and welcome diverse perspectives on all things work and non-work related, so don’t be afraid to tell us what you think.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

You will be responsible for the development, evolution and go to market (GTM) activities of our ecommerce propositions for the Worldpay UK SME business (up to £1M card turnover businesses) in line with our business strategy. This includes targeting, roll out plans, pricing and ad hoc support.

You will also develop and execute a Marketing and Communication strategy to drive demand, product adoption and awareness of our propositions using all available marketing channels.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

You will be a resilient, confident and persuasive person who challenges colleagues and agencies to think differently. The SME market is demanding, diverse and this role requires a creative thinker to deliver results through outstanding campaigns.

You will be empowered to drive the ecomm marketing and commercial agenda to make things happen. This role requires and broad marketing understanding and strong communication skills to work with all areas of the business, including Operations, Sales, Product and Tech teams to deliver projects successfully.
