How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
You will support the Relationship Management Director (APAC) to develop cross-sell opportunities and to drive growth in the 'share of wallet' by engaging customers on a specific roadmap and selling the Worldpay value proposition. This requires a thorough understanding of customer strategy and growth ambitions.
You will work closely with various teams including corporate support, implementation and sales enablement to support merchant growth and develop solutions. You will also carry out data analysis to draw out insights that illustrate where Worldpay can add value.
This is a really exciting opportunity to partner with one of the most high profile global customers around the world. You will be expected to attend quarterly business reviews as well as attend other Worldpay and industry events in other locations.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
You will be an excellent communicator, results focused and self motivated. You will understand the importance of planning and organisation in order to achieve the most from each working day.
It would be very helpful if you already have some appreciation of payments (eWallets, credit cards, bank transfers network). We are looking for someone who can bring self –starting, confident and proactive qualities to the role with an eye towards long term development of the individual to a full-fledged Relationship Manager handling a portfolio of customers.
