Our Gateway Implementation team provide project management to our corporate customers whilst they integrate to Worldpay’s eCommerce solutions. Providing expert advice and project management from initial setup advice through to end to end integration of our payment solutions. The team is motivated by daily challenges to provide personalised answers for all queries and to go the extra mile on client by client basis, rather than being process driven. This is a great team of focussed individuals that provides the very best technical support to our largest customers and we are looking for you to join us. 

How will you add value?

You will provide an exceptional standard of project management to our corporate customers who are integrating their eCommerce systems to Worldpay gateway technologies. Advice provided will include in-depth integration instructions for the Gateways and advice as to the best methods of integration to meet the customer’s requirements, all aspects of customisation available on the platforms, advice on shopping carts and how they can be used and integrated with Worldpay systems.

You will also provide Technical support to our corporate customers and Worldpay colleagues relating to Worldpay Gateways supported by Worldpay UK. You will be responsible for providing 2nd line technical support to our customers including handling technically complex incidents.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

You will have experience in managing multiple projects with external customers, preferably in an Implementation or Project Management role, ideally in a technical environment. We are a fast moving business, having good project management skills and strong communication skills are a must in order to be successful in the role. Also, you are comfortable in working with internal stakeholders and external customers.

 

You will be familiar with the following: 

- Working within a customer facing technical team or environment

- HTML with CSS / XML / JavaScript / JSON

- Client / server principals ideally with knowledge of web server and application technologies

- Desktop and mobile browser knowledge

- Ideally at least 1 programming language e.g. PHP / .NET / Ruby / Java

- Windows and/or Linux operating systems
