How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

You will be responsible for managing a team of around 10-12 people, within a high energy department. Your team will provide dedicated support to large corporate global organisations, strengthening relationships and helping them with a wide range of non commercial queries.

You will be very hands-on; working directly with your team and internal stakeholders, improving and challenging existing internal processes for the benefit of the customer. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team members and ensuring they build strong partnerships with our customers.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

You have worked as a team manager before, ideally in a Customer Support function, where you’ve dealt with corporate customers. Preferably you were in a role where technical customer queries were the norm. You are a confident team manager, with strong communication-, stakeholder management and coaching skills. Because you’ll be working in a vibrant part of the business we would expect you to bring lots of energy and enthusiasm to the team. You are fluent in Mandarin and have a good working knowledge of English.
