The Customer Engagement & Communications Marketing manager role will identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and enhance our communications strategy to our existing SME customers.

Working very closely with key business functions across the business, you will be accountable for the end to end process - from understanding customer needs, through to development and roll out.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

You will take full ownership of the SME customer engagement & customer communications.  Working across multi-channels this role ensures that we deliver strategic business priorities in line with our legal and compliance requirements.   Additionally customer insight is used to increase customer engagement throughout our existing customers and to our business.

You are a key player in supporting delivery of the business strategic priorities for 2018.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

You will have an inquisitive mind set and be able to idenfitfy opportunities to drive long term engagement & improve customer satisfaction & Net Promoter Score (NPS).

You will have worked in a Customer Marketing function, and ideally will have a communication delivery background. You will be comfortable with managing creative and print production agencies. Ideally you will have worked in a B2B industry.

You will have strong stakeholder management and be very effective at relationship building, balanced with the pressures of driving the workload. You will also need to be spirited and adaptable in a fast paced business like Worldpay.
