How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

The Amsterdam office is our central hub for EMEA and you’ll be a key part of our business, supporting our key corporate customers in Retail, Digital & Travel verticals. You help these businesses manage their day to day operational and technical queries, build great relationships and uncover opportunities to add true service value. Acting as a Payments expert your interaction with your clients will be taking place over the phone, through email and in a face-to-face capacity. In this role you will develop a deep understanding of the customer's business, working closely with your colleagues in other regions and providing prompt and accurate advice and issue resolution. Providing proactive and knowledgeable support, you will act as a single point of contact for a designated portfolio of corporate clients and become a key ambassador for Worldpay!

 

What will make you the ideal candidate?

You will have experience in a customer / account / operational manager role, where you have strengthened relationships and dealt with corporate customers. Preferably you will have worked in a technical environment, where complex customer queries were the norm. You will have an analytical mind set and good problem solving capabilities. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a unique selling point about you! Because you’ll be working in a vibrant part of the business we would expect you to bring lots of energy and enthusiasm to the team. It would be beneficial if you have additional language skills, such as German or French, however this is not mandatory.

Please note all our Amsterdam roles start with a 12 months contract.
