This is a rare opportunity to join one of the key teams in Worldpay UK’s sales organisation. It’s a chance to make a significant impact on the business, in a high profile role with some really key objectives, as we move into 2018. You’ll be exposed to really interesting, challenging and rewarding business problems and asked to help devise the solutions.

 

How will you add value on a day-today basis?

You’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with a small portfolio of Worldpay UK’s highly important commercial partners. This will include the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) and a key milestone in 2018 will be to retain this account. You’ll be tasked to build rapport with key stakeholders, drive improvements in these relationships and ensure that agreements are renewed as they come towards their end-dates. From time to time you may also be required to source and sign new partnerships.

 

Other key objectives will include measurement of your ability to drive leads from these partnerships, as well as your ability to maximise the conversion of leads into confirmed sales, by working closely with the other Worldpay sales channels. To be successful, you will need to be able to see the ‘win-win’ in these agreements and to effectively articulate Worldpay’s unique propositions.

 

This role is one that requires regular travel around the UK to attend meetings and as such, we are open minded about your current home location.

 

What will make you the ideal candidate?

We’re looking for a track record of success in a relevant sales, partnerships or other highly commercial role.

 

Your rapport building and other communication skills will of course be really important. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a sharp commercial acumen; have a strong understanding of the payments landscape and above all, you will be excited by a challenge.

 

Allied to this, we’ll be looking for intelligence, creativity, passion and energy.
