What can you expect to be doing on a day to day basis?
Working alongside senior stakeholders across HR, including the UK HR leads and the Global HR Communications Leader, you will develop, implement and measure a communications strategy and plan for HR globally. You'll be keeping up to date on all other areas, constantly aware of key themes and messages across the business. You will put forward a clear Group message framework ensuring a concise set of messages supported by HR. You’ll get to lead on global campaigns that will continue to shape the culture of Worldpay. You’ll get to be creative, write much of your own content, support events and other channels and get involved in other internal communications activities that the team is working on regularly.
What will make me right for the role?
A successful track record in internal communications, with experience developing key messages at a strategic level, channel management and content creation. You must have a high standard of written and verbal communication including the ability to flex tone of voice depending on the channel and audience. Analytically and commercially aware, you’ll have experience creating and delivering campaigns.. You must be able to demonstrate an understanding of change communications and how internal communications impacts the colleague experience. As you’ll be working with senior stakeholders, maturity and credibility to work with executives and leaders is important. You’ll have a ‘can-do’ attitude, as well as strong organisational skills to stay on top of a fast-paced workload.
