How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
Our Change Analyst Ensure that Change Management processes and activities are operated efficiently and effectively and that these comply with Governance Controls. Assist in ensuring that all Emergency Changes were implemented into production and the requests are compliant with the relevant WorldPay Change management policies. Attend the CAB, chairing as required, and contribute to the effective assessment of Changes and ensuring that all Changes are either approved or rejected accordingly. Assist with the testing and UAT of a improvements to the Change Management process and service. Assist with developing and delivering training and end user engagement for all Change Management policies and processes. Performing regular reporting and analysis against static Change information. Review of reports from Security against Change Requests to review for potentially Unauthorized Changes. Producing ad hoc Change reports and analysis as required. Assist in driving awareness of the Change Management process through input into targeted bulletins, reporting, training and face to face meetings.

The role demands a strong experience in Change Management and Process Management, Support the forward planning and scheduling of Change requests.
The successful candidate will be part of a small team of Change Analysts and will work closely with the Change Manager to improve and evolve the service. The team will also provide the business functions guidance in best practices therein including assigning of role ownership and risk classification and ensuring that access is reviewed on a regular basis.
• At least 2 year of Change Management experience within a busy IT department
• Process management background and experience of Service Transition – particularly relating to Change Management.
• Experience of operating in a fast-paced business environment with an emphasis on positive change and adaptive working practises.
• Experience of engaging and building successful relationships with stakeholders of the Change Management process
• Experience of operating in a Global business environment.
