As Head of Strategic Sales, you will be leading and developing a high performing sales team and setting the strategy and direction for how we work with large enterprise businesses in the U.K.
How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
You will be adding value every day by coaching and developing a smart sales team of individuals who are accustomed to hitting targets and satisfying our customers. Our goal is to gain their trust. You will also attend in a senior capacity key customer meetings, all whilst setting and managing to an ambitious strategy that will build on Worldpay’s great product bench strength to win in the market.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
You have a commercial mind-set with strong experience selling in to enterprise level businesses and building C level relationships.
You will also have a strong track record of building a developing highly successful teams.
A background/understanding of the Payments industry would be a nice to have but not essential.
