This is a part time role, where you would probably be working in the office 3 days a week, so it's great for someone looking for more flexibility!

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

You will be responsible for organising and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure an effective and efficient operation across the Japan office. As the first point of contact for all office related requests and incidents, you will ensure the smooth running of all facilities for all Worldpay teams.

Think of tasks such as managing office expenses, manage relationships with third party providers, keeping inventories, schedule meetings and coordinating (external) guests. You’ll play an important role in the overall office culture by organising breakfast sessions, team building and or corporate social responsibility projects.

You will actively support the HR team with a variety of tasks, such as: scheduling interviews, liaise with recruitment agencies, on-boarding new employees, provide support on trainings and general support to Regional Head of HR for APAC.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

You are a dynamic and highly organised problem solver, who enjoys a variety of administrative tasks. You also have a solid background in HR administration and have worked in corporate environments before. You are proactive and positive with excellent communication skills in Japanese and English. In order to be successful in the role you are meticulous and you’ll have good basic IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
