How will you add value?
As Corporate Collections Advisor you will be responsible for the recovery of debt for customers in Worldpay's Corporate portfolio. Work alongside the wider collections team you will managing your own debt ledger with a strong focus on cash collection and aged debt clearance. You will build effective internal and external relationships with both the Corporate Support teams and Relationship Managers to manage the corporate debt. You must have excellent communications and influencing skills with the confident to speak with our merchants to give guidance around moving to Direct Debits ensuring timely payment to minimise risk of large arrears. You will be responsible for cash allocation, setting up direct debits and undertaking query management. You will undertake all these tasks whilst operating in line with FCA, DPA and Banking Code Regulations.
What will make me right for the role?
Ideally, you will have gained experience working in a similar role within a fast paced environment. You will have a good working knowledge of Excel and be comfortable with working in a high volume environment. You will be a confident communicator who can prioritise and manage their time effectively to adhere to deadlines. You will have some knowledge of credit control and it is desirable for you to have previous experience of working in a regulated environment.
