How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
Provisioning Analyst will be Working as part of the a team responsible for Identity and Access Management (IAM) ensuring it meets Security, Compliance, Audit and Regulatory requirements of Technology and to provide a single focal point for the management of access rights across Worldpay’s critical platforms. Assist in progress of continual improvement programmes aimed at providing on-going benefits to customers.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
The role demands a strong understanding of access management practices, such as role based access control, along with a solid background in Microsoft Active Directory and Oracle Identity and Access Management products, particularly Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Identity Analytics and Oracle Entitlements Server. Also strong understanding of ITIL and the delivery of Request Management solutions with the use of Remedy or similar. Awareness of Sarbannes-Oxley (SoX) compliance in this area would be useful too though not a pre-requisite.
The successful candidate will be part of a small team of IT operations staff to assist in the delivery of these processes and will work closely with the provisioning manager to improve and evolve the service. The team will also provide the business functions guidance in best practices therein including assigning of role ownership and risk classification and ensuring that access is reviewed on a regular basis. They will plan, prioritise and organise the work of themselves and others within their own area, setting their standards, monitoring procedures and measuring progress.
- Substantial experience in operating access management processes, JML and Request Management within the financial services industry.
- Experience in technologies such as Active Directory and Oracle IAM (OIM, OIA, OES) and Service Management tooling, such as Remedy, is essential .
- Great team player who can bring new ideas and enjoys being part of a team.
- Excellent Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data.
