This role sits within our Infrastructure & Operations Corporate Systems Support team. In this role, you’ll provide Middleware Engineering support for a wide range of Oracle Identity & Access Management products, including BAU support for production and pre-production environments.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

You’ll be our Identity & Access Management (IAM) SME and you’ll provide extremely high standards of service from an IAM middleware perspective in terms of service maintenance, new capability requests, fault prevention and resolution. You’ll work on installation, configuration, maintenance and live support of IAM middleware services hosted on Linux and Microsoft operating systems in a highly virtualised environment.

We’ll want you to work closely with our IAM Architects to make sure the designs are right, you’ll own service and process improvement for the IAM middleware suite and we’ll want you to review the services to identify potential issues such as capacity, performance, process, security and vulnerability. As part of this role, you’ll also participate in an on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

You’ll have extensive experience supporting Oracle IAM middleware, including products like Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Directory Service Manager, Oracle Virtual Directory, Oracle Internet Directory and Oracle Enterprise Manager.

We’ll want you to demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with Jira, ITIL and Service Now ad advantageous.
