How will you add value?

As a Fraud Analyst within the Corporate team you’ll be responsible for the daily monitoring of Merchants activity worldwide. Taking ownership of end to end investigation on cases generated through our fraud monitoring system ensuring risk reviews are completed within our SLA's. You will be the first contact point for risk advice, process guidance and system knowledge to both external and internal customers. You will have the ability to input into review, design and implementation of processes, with a focus on continual optimisation to ensure delivery of a “deliver best in class” service.



What will make me right for the role?

You’ll be someone who has proven experience in a Fraud based role within a financial services, retail or a commercial environment. A customer-centric approach, excellent communication and confidence in managing difficult conversations with customers are essential for this role. You will be highly motivated and able to work to deadlines as a part of the team and independently.

Your attributes should include a high standard of written and verbal communication, attention to detail and ensuring consistency to take tasks through to completion.

Lastly, you will be able to demonstrate an understanding of fraud risk management and some familiarity with other risk types including credit risk, money laundering and compliance.
