How will you add value on a day to day basis?
Liaising with your TA colleagues, HR, hiring manager and occasionally candidates, you'll be the key admin support that keeps the TA team running like a well-oiled machine. The team will rely on you to manage and support a wide range of activities.
In addition to general admin duties such as team diary management, you’ll contribute to successful interview processes by coordinating core activities interviews (scheduling, room-bookings etc). You’ll also take a leading role in processing new hires; from raising contracts and offer letters to processing candidates on our ATS/CRM - we’re big on data at Worldpay so managing the database and ensuring best practice across the team will be key.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
As you’ll know from your previous admin roles, every team is as different as the individuals it’s made up of. So great people skills are a must. But if you’re the sort of person who says ‘yes’ to everything you’ll struggle in this role. Of course we want you to be efficient and great at prioritising. But we also need you to be confident managing expectations and challenging where appropriate.
We work in a fast and fluid environment so it helps if this is something you clearly enjoy, or if you’ve worked in a similar–type business previously. Previous experience of supporting a TA / Recruitment function (in-house or search firm/consultancy) will be a huge advantage. As will experience of working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Recruitment CRM or similar.
