How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
Worldpay engineers are extremely motivated and passionate individuals, eager to create elegant solutions to complex problems and push technology forward. We want you to be the knowledge keeper and document our Knowledge Management strategy and roadmap, so that it aligns with the new Target Operating Model (TOM) for GTE. You will manage the NAP Knowledge Management function for the New Acquiring Platform (NAP) including ownership of the processes governing knowledge collection, organization and sharing of knowledge throughout the organization. You will have to leverage and build relationships with every portion of the business.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
We’re looking for someone who is excited about taking ownership of a new system and wants to build features they’re proud of. You’ll have demonstrable experience delivering to a high-standard within a change management environment. Experience within a Project Management and Agile environment will be beneficial to your success as well as familiarity with SharePoint and ServiceNow. We’d consider an exceptional Senior Analyst with a passion for technology and a curiosity to learn.
