How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
You will be responsible for your own portfolio consisting of some of largest Tier One corporate customers managing all pre-sales cases, queries and tasks. You will also carry out our customers’ service reviews and ensure operational matters are only managed through this process, enabling sales to focus on selling. You will also implement service improvement plans to enhance our retention of customers. You will be responsible for managing the set up and of all the Worldpay Products that are sold to existing customer and getting them to live status. You will work very closely with the Corporate Sales team as well as cross functional teams including legal, pricing and product.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
You will have at least 2 years’ experience in sales support and relationship management environment working directly with customers. You will be resilient, a problem solver and will also put the needs of the customer at the forefront of everything you do.
You will be an excellent communicator with good analytical skills and will understand sales processes and systems. Organisation skills and attention to detail are also key. You are willing to travel (within the UK), have experience attending and contributing to Customer Meetings, and running internal meeting.
