The Project Management Office (PMO) of Worldpay is known to provide control over all the projects we deliver, and in particular protects live service by making sure that all new projects and products are properly tested and secure before they go live. They Champion and support the evolution of the Technology Project Framework (TPF) across the organisation through continuous improvement and governance tailoring of inflight projects.
How will you add value on a day-to-day basis.
The Knowledge Management Analyst wil Support the implementation of the KMS framework and strategy, Contribute to knowledge management planning and process materials, Elicit and document information from technical teams, Prepare dashboards and reports as requested by the GTE Knowledge Manager, Administer the Knowledge Transfer Process and the Knowledge Review process, Actively manage relationships so that the information needs of agreed GTE Stakeholders are met by the KMS
What will make you the ideal candidate
The Analyst will Support the knowledge management function key knowledge activities: collection, organization and sharing of knowledge throughout the organization. Work with GTE teams in both Change and Run areas to ensure their knowledge is baselined, current and accessible. Maintain relationship with key points of contact (Knowledge Champions) who manage existing data sources in GTE.Facilitate information elicitation sessions and document technical information for knowledge management. Run knowledge management reports and create decision making dashboards. Support the roll out of the knowledge management framework across GTE.
• 2+ years in Project Support/ PMO
• Experience analysing data and generating insights.
• Ability to create structured reports, presentations and dashboards
• Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization
• Experience working through complex issues and providing alternative solutions.
• Analytical skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
• Experience using SharePoint
• Strong organisational skills; ability to prioritize
• Demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to accurately record information
