We’re looking for new people to join us on our already great team. Every year billions of money transactions are made using Worldpay technology and systems, whether online or face-to-face, chip & pin or contactless. Our business customers can be large or small, from your local corner shop to the world’s biggest airlines with whom you might book this summer’s get away. Our growth has been unrivalled over the past few years.

Due to our continued growth and the ongoing development of new technologies the SME eCommerce Boarding Team are processing record numbers of applications over a number of platforms including Worldpay Business Gateway and Worldpay Online Payments. As we continue to introduce easier ways to start taking payments online and develop new products, we’re in a position to offer an opportunity to join our fast paced team.

How will you add value on a day to day basis?

The successful candidate will Key Gateway applications and Case Manage in an end to end process. The environment is fast paced and at times the pressure is on so, having a flexible, adaptable attitude to work will go a long way. Great Customer Service is key. Having excellent communication skills are essential as you’ll be working with customers over the phone. We’ll look to you to proactively manage your own workload with minimal supervision.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

The successful candidate will be positive and approachable. We work together to continuously improve so someone who is constantly curious will be an asset. Quality is key for our customers you will be able to work both quickly and accurately. The volume of work you will complete will need to be precise, so keen attention to detail will be required.

You must have Back and or Front Office Ops Experience. Telephony is advantageous but not essential.

 

The Successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with the wider business and the various eCom Partner Managers.
