From our Amsterdam office we manage the EMEA customers.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

You will be managing a diverse mix of global customers mostly operating in the Retail space. The customer group will have a global footing and you will be responsible for managing this relationship from a global perspective.

Develop and execute a relationship management strategy for your portfolio, which defines priorities for cross-sell and share of wallet opportunities by identifying and mobilising and delivering the right solutions, people, resource and ideas from across your organisation, based on thorough understanding of customer strategy and growth ambitions.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

It is essential that you have strong communication and listening skills, business acumen and personal drive. You are able to communicate and influence all levels of the customer organisation, including executive and C-level. Ideally coming from a Technology, Finance or payments background, you will have managed a portfolio of corporate customers, in a commercial capacity. Ideally you will have international experience and / or dealt with international customers.

You will have good understanding of English, and ideally speak one of the following: German (preferred), French, Spanish or Italian.
