We are a fast paced business unit in an evolving industry which helps put research in focus for developing market understanding, product development and business strategy.
How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
You will take full ownership for all research activity at Worldpay, working with the sales, product and marketing leads to develop the research briefs, working with agencies to deliver the research and presenting the findings back to the business sponsors.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
The ideal candidate will have experience in running research projects and identifying and using multiple research techniques including primary research and focus groups. They will have an appreciation of how to develop unbiased research projects, identifying the right technique, selecting an appropriate audience, agreeing and challenging project costs, developing questionnaires and surveys and interpreting research results.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in working directly with or for a research agency, understand agency needs and how to develop longstanding relationships with suppliers.
Working with a number of stakeholders across multiple teams they will need to have strong stakeholder management skills. Both working with people with different styles and managing stakeholder expectations.
