How will you add value on day-to-day basis?

In this role you will be responsible for updating customer details on Worldpay payment machines and systems. This could involve processing contracts, dealing with installation arrangements, gathering information that has been requested by other internal departments and answering any quires that they may have.  You will also ensure that our customer experience is as smooth and swift as possible, by providing them with an excellent level customer support.

What will make you an ideal candidate?

Quality is key for our customers you will be able to work both quickly and accurately. You should have proven experience of managing your own workload and be able to adapt to changing priorities.  Your volume of work must be precise, so keen attention to detail will be required. Your daily tasks may either be back office processing, administration or customer service, so you will ideally need to show evidence of skills in these areas. If you have not previously worked in an administration or customer service role , your application will still be considered if you feel you can demonstrate strong communication skills, an understanding of what good customer service requires, and a keen willingness to apply yourself.  This is an ‘immediate start’ role, for which interviews are currently taking place.
