Why is our Invoice Administrator role right for you?
Our ecommerce / Global business supports some of Worldpay's largest and most complex customers. Often these clients will request bespoke billing, potentially in foreign currencies, that we need to be able to create and deliver on a routine basis. The invoices generated will typically be low volume / high value and draw upon a number of different inputs to be finalised. In this role you will take responsibility for creating the template by which billing is formulated for new/existing clients and, on an ongoing basis, take responsibility for generating, validating and issuing these invoices.
What can I expect to be doing on a daily basis?
Drawing upon your numeracy and quantitative skills, along with utilising excel, you will generate the acquiring services invoices for some of our most complex customers. This will involve working to a monthly schedule, collating data, operating the new semi-automated billing suite and sense checking the outputs. You can expect to be engaging with Relationship Managers who own the relationship with the client helping resolve any customer queries in relation to their billing requirements.
What will make me right for the role?
You will have previous experience of invoice generation (or similar), ideally with complex customers or within a complex organisational environment, You should have a keen attention to detail, a methodical approach to your work and good communication skills. You should be comfortable working to deadlines and have a positive, responsive and supportive attitude.
