How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
As a member of the regional Leadership Team, you will be taking responsibility for driving the strategy and commercial agenda for the EMEA region, working closely with the Vertical Growth teams and other stakeholders in the business. You will manage, coach and mentor Relationship Management Directors and Senior Relationship Managers. You will drive the RM team to deliver on our regional and division budget, retention and growth objectives, enthuse and motivate them to improve the relationship management function. You will help them with developing their overall customer relationships and driving portfolio growth to full potential gross profit across entire team.
In this position you will drive best practice sharing and vertical knowledge within the Relationship Management Team. Performance meetings, regular one-2-ones, developing sales forecasts and understanding merchants at risk are all part of your managerial responsibilities. You will interact at leadership level with internal stakeholders to support the success of your team.
In this role you will evolve the portfolio and team structure – for both relationship managed and non-managed portfolios, establish a portfolio management strategy on pricing, cross sell and retention. You will work closely with Global eCom regional RM / BD teams to ensure appropriate customer engagement and management across portfolios.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
You will have managed relationship management teams before and it would be beneficial if you’ve worked within Payments / SaaS space before. You are a strong people manager and you’ll have a proven track record of driving growth and exceeding sales targets.
