Why is our Billings team the next step for you?

Global Operations is a newly formed division responsible for supporting our international customers. The Billings team produce 50,000 monthly invoices with a value of around £70m. This team services customers from all markets including Airlines, Travel, Retail, and Gambling. You will manage a team of 6 Billings Analyst to ensure we are providing a best in class service to our customers generating manual and bespoke invoices.

 

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

You will be responsible for managing the activities of the team to ensure timely, accurate production of both automated and bespoke billing runs. You will support with training and developing the team aswell as looking for continuous improvements to ensure we are delivering or Collections Strategy. You will work closely with a variety of senior stakeholders, both in the UK and internationally to support the wider Collections and Billings team to ensure the protection against loss to Worldpay via the reduction in bad debt provision.

 

 

What will make you the ideal candidate?

This role requires someone with hands-on Billings experience and an understanding of the billings to cash cycle within a regulated environment. You will be a people leader who can drive the team to deliver to their objectives in a fast paced, pressured environment. This is a high profile role with a high level of interaction across the business, you must be able to demonstrate great stakeholder engagement and be confident in communicating at all levels. You will also have experience of producing reporting and MI. You will undertake all these tasks whilst operating in line with FCA, DPA and Banking Code Regulations.
