This is a newly created role supporting the Team Manager with day to day management of the Fraud Analyst team to ensure that we are delivering our objectives in an ever-changing organisation. How will you add value on a day to day basis?

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your managerial skills in a team leader role responsible for work allocation and scheduling to ensure KPI’s, targets & SLA’s are delivered. You will help to develop the team through regular 1-2-1's and half and full year reviews. While providing key technical leadership acting as the primary point of reference for the team, supporting with daily queries and referrals. You will drive Quality Assurance on key operational process across the function ensuring case investigations, complaints and any escalations are dealt with in accordance with our regulations.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

You’ll need demonstrable experience in a Fraud role within a financial services, retail or another commercial environment. You will have proven leadership skills and some experience of work delegation or monitoring colleagues work. You must be able to demonstrate experience of implementing and updating processes and have knowledge of other risk types including money laundering and Card Scheme compliance. You’ll be someone for whom attention to detail is second nature and you enjoy seeing complex tasks through to completion.
