Worldpay's Security Analyst responsibilities include installation, configuration, tuning, maintenance, upgrade and live support of services hosted on Linux and Microsoft operating systems in a highly virtualised environment and subject to strict Change Management and Service Level Agreements

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

Security Service Engineer will be responsible for providing support for a range of Enterprise Security Services, including 3rd line BAU support for Production and Pre-Production environments. Represent the Hosting Enterprise Security Services Team within Worldpay Infrastructure & Operations. Provide extremely high standards of service in terms of service maintenance, new capability requests, fault prevention and resolution. Ability to work individually as well as in a team within an onshore/offshore model.

3rd Line Support for all Enterprise Security tools under the responsibility of Worldpay Enterprise Security Services Team, within the Production and Pre-Production Environments. Rapid response to Production and Pre-Production Incidents raised by the Worldpay Command Centre, in accordance with agreed Service Operating Model standards

Provide Incident Fault Diagnosis and Resolution, engaging other Worldpay support teams as required. Escalation of critical issues in accordance with designated processes and procedures. Produce and maintain relevant Technical and Operational documentation for Production and Pre-Production environments. Raising, co-ordination and execution of Change Requests to the Production and Pre-Production environments. Representation to Change Management and the Worldpay Change Advisory Board as required

3rd Line Support for all Enterprise Security tools under the responsibility of Worldpay Enterprise Security Services Team, within the Production and Pre-Production Environments

•    Rapid response to Production and Pre-Production Incidents raised by the Worldpay Command Centre, in accordance with agreed Service Operating Model standards

•    Enterprise Security Services Device Management, covering:

o    Automation / Coding

o    Deployment and Configuration

o    Tuning & Optimisation

o    Software Upgrades

o    Capability Planning

o    Patching & Signature Updates

•    Enterprise Security Services Device Monitoring including:

o    Health and Availability

o    Performance and Throughput monitoring

o    System Event monitoring

o    24/7 Uptime monitoring

•    Enterprise Security Services Hardware & Software Break Fix, including:

o    O/S Errors

o    Hardware Errors

o    Vendor Case Management

o    RMA (Return Material Authorisation)
