How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

As part of the UK Relationship Management team, you will take responsibility for driving the commercial agenda for your Digital Content portfolio, This will include direct responsibility for our of our largest customers as well as manage, coach and mentor 4-5 Relationship Managers / Execs. You will set out the strategy within the vertical of Digital Content and devise an appropriate plan of action to engage with our customers in this vertical. You will provide hands-on support to your team, enthuse and motivate them to improve the relationship management capability. You will help them with developing their overall customer relationships and driving portfolio growth to full potential gross profit across entire team.

In this position you will drive best practice sharing and vertical knowledge within the Relationship Management Team. Performance meetings, regular one-2-ones, developing sales forecasts and understanding merchants at risk are all part of your managerial responsibilities. You will have frequent contact with internal stakeholders at leadership level to support the success of your team.

In this role you will also actively develop long-term partnerships with senior customer contacts and build a deep understanding of their business including their broader 2-3 year business agendas. You will also drive overall relationship health, developing cross-sell opportunities, and propel customer advocacy.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

You will have come from a payment industry background and ideally you have managed sales teams before. We are open to a successful senior Relationship / Sales Manager looking to move into a leadership position.

It would be beneficial if you have some understanding of the Digital Content space. We’re looking for someone with a strong sales drive and a proven track record of driving growth and exceeding sales targets.

You are recognised as a responsible and reliable owner of business opportunities, successfully managing through to realisation and projects through to completion. You are considered to be a proactive and trusted advisor to customers and a passionate team player, seamlessly collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to build a better solution.
