Global Operations is a newly formed division responsible for supporting our international customers. Our Recoveries team are responsible for handling insolvent customer accounts and legal debt recovery. This team services customers from all markets including Airlines, Travel, Retail, and Gambling. We are looking for a Coordinator to work within our Recoveries team to act as the central point of contact for liaison for instructions to and from internal recovery stakeholders, such as, fraud, collections, risk, credit and legal representatives and external recovery agents. 

How will you add value on a day to day basis?

You’ll be supporting our wider collections teams with all recoveries administration including file preparation, generating and issuing letters and cheque banking, payment and refunds tasks. You will be the central point of contact for Insolvent customers, external agencies and internal stakeholders to validate account instructions, provide requested information, support, and query resolution in relation to recovery actions. 

What will make you the ideal candidate?

We are looking for someone who has a strong background in administration and customer liaison ideally with experience of working within Recoveries or Insolvency. We are looking for analytically minded individuals with a good working knowledge of Excel. You’ll be comfortable working under pressure to tight time-scales, whilst maintaining quality of work. This role has a high level of interaction with both internal and external stakeholders so you must be a confident communicator with good negotiation and influencing skills.
