Business Support - Operational leverage
Why is our Business Support role right for you?
Worldpay is evolving, our technology driven payments processing solutions supporting over 300 different payment types in over 100 currencies. Our Operational teams process billions of transactions annually. We need to ensure quality and consistency on a daily basis, which is where this newly formed team is key. As Business support you will be working in a newly created role in Worldpay’s Business Support Centre (BSC) based in Manchester. The main focus of the role will be to support the development of the operational cost models through data analysis and MI to drive efficiencies and opportunities within the Operational teams.
What can I expect to be doing on a day to day basis?
This is a key role that will support the wider Business Support team to develop data led insights around longer-term planning strategies across the BSC. You’ll be working closely with the BSC leadership team to really understand the current operational processes to find efficiencies, KPI’s and drive continuous improvement. You’ll be responsible for creating data models, MI and reporting to make data led recommendations and decisions.
What will make me right for the role?
You will be highly numerate with the ability to analyse large amounts of quantitative and qualitative information to produce detailed MI and reports. Technically you must have strong Excel and Access skills and proven experience in data modelling. You must have excellent communication skills which are open and engaging and the confidence to interact with a variety of stakeholders at all levels. You will be able to work in a fast moving, challenging environment, highly motivated and able to manage and work with multiple stakeholders and juggle priorities. Whilst Payments Sector experience would be beneficial, we would rather see experience within a regulated environment.
How is Worldpay changing the world?
