Why is our End User Technology team the next step for you?

This role sits within our End User Technology (EUT) team. EUT forms part of the Corporate Systems support function within Worldpay, supporting in excess of 4,000 global users. The majority of these users are hosted directly on the Citrix environment (XenApp/XenDesktop) accessing via thin clients, however we also support approximately 1,000 laptops and physical desktops as well as mobile clients on Citrix Secure Apps.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

You will own, manage and drive improvements to the portfolio of services within the EUT environment to delivery an outstanding customer experience. You’ll work closely with the other technical and non-technical functions within EUT, as well as the wider hosting and collaboration engineering teams delivering on the product roadmap.

We’ll want you to take accountability for the lifecycle and introduction to service of new services delivered in the end user environment. You’ll drive PIR (Post Incident Review) and Problem management to drive continual service improvement, and own weekly reviews of incident, problem and change SLA's and KPI's across EUT services. You’ll have the ability to understand customer requirements and shape them into functional requirements for our engineering delivery teams, you will drive Continual Service Improvement activity, drive improvement to operational uptime and service restoration, and manage EUT product communications.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

We will want you to demonstrate deep knowledge of product management and technical experience with relevant core desktop products. You’ll have a track record of delivering and managing desktop products to an end user environment of significant scale, service management and service transition experience, and experience of working in an ITIL based environment.

You’ll have strong stakeholder management skills, a track record of delivering improvements to the end user experience, and the ability to prioritise demand and manage customer expectations proactively. You’ll be able to translate customer feedback into functional requirements and specifications and you will have a good level of technical understanding working with core technologies including Microsoft OS (Win7/Win10), Citrix XenDesktop, AppSense, Citrix XenMobile and Cisco Jabber. If you are ITIL v3 qualified, Prince2 certified or Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green) certified that’s ideal. Fintech industry experience, Agile or project management experience are also advantageous.
