You will part of the Product Management team, who’s responsible for Worldpay’s eCommerce products across FX on our acquiring, gateway and APM platforms, as well as Payins and Payouts via our cross-border domestic payment network.
How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
You will be primarily responsible for Worldpay’s strategic supplier relationships and sourcing new providers across bank, payment & FX partners supporting Global eCom products.
Given our scale and unique position in the market you will work with the world’s largest banks and payment providers, mainly relating to our Payin and PayOut cross-border payments products.
The role will also involve supplier management related to Worldpay’s FX suppliers.
Working closely with our internal teams in Treasury, Finance, Legal and Compliance, you will manage a portfolio of existing banking & FX provider relationships. You will carry out regular reviews on all major portfolio partners and negotiate agent fees & implement competitive tariffs to reduce costs.
A major part of the role will be manage the relationship with external & internal service providers – you’ll be the key point of contact between the eComm division & its agent banks across a number of different markets, covering multiple products & on a wide range of topics, e.g. resolving operational & service issues.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
Ideally you will have commercial relationship management experience and / or cash management experience at a bank or similar financial services institution. Candidates will need to possess strong relationship management skills, and have the ability to influence at various levels. You will be an excellent communicator and presenter, with strong negotiating skills.
